Micah Vardeman

Micah Vardeman has a strong background in supply chain and purchasing, with their most recent role being Vice President of Supply Chain and Purchasing at Innophos starting in May 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Supply Chain Director at Innophos and held various roles at The Dow Chemical Company, including Global Supply Chain Improvement Leader and Pricing and Value Management Leader. Micah also gained valuable experience at Sauer-Danfoss and Sauer Sundstrand, where they worked in project management and technical engineering roles. Overall, Micah Vardeman has over 20 years of experience in supply chain management and has worked with renowned companies in the industry.

Micah Vardeman began their education at Ames High School, where they completed their secondary education from 1991 to 1995. Micah then attended Dordt University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (B.S.E.). Following their undergraduate studies, Micah pursued Masters level study in Systems Engineering at Iowa State University from 1999 to 2001, although they did not seek a formal degree. Finally, they attended Henley Business School from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
