Mark Oldroyd, J.D., M.S. has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. In their current position as Chief Commercial Officer at Culmination Bio since November 2022, they bring their expertise to drive commercial success. Mark also serves as a Director on the Board of Directors for InnoSIGN and Base10 Genetics, starting in November 2022 and June 2021, respectively.

Mark has held advisory roles in several companies, including as a Strategic Advisor at IBM from March 2021 to February 2023. Mark has also provided strategic guidance to C2i Genomics, LeapYear Technologies, and Ariel Precision Medicine, leveraging their expertise in these roles.

Mark'sprevious experience includes leadership positions at Tempus, Inc., where they served as Senior Vice President, Commercial Markets from April 2018 to January 2021, and as Vice President, Business Development BioPharma R&D from April 2017 to April 2018. Before that, Mark held the role of Sr Director, Payor Relations & Reimbursement at Foundation Medicine from March 2014 to March 2017.

Mark Oldroyd, J.D., M.S. has a diverse educational background. Mark first attended Brigham Young University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Criminology. Mark later pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Criminal Justice from Washington State University. Seeking further expertise in the legal field, Mark attended Concord Law School at Purdue University Global, where they earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree with a specialization in Health Law & Policy.

In addition to their academic achievements, Mark has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. Mark is certified as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) by the State of Illinois. Mark also holds a Police Officer/Law Enforcement Officer/Peace Officer Certification (POST) issued by the State of Utah. Furthermore, Mark is a licensed Private Pilot, having earned their Private Pilot License (SEL) from the Federal Aviation Administration.
