Hasham Niaz has a diverse work experience in the field of data and business intelligence. Hasham started their career as an ETL Developer at Shams Software Services in 2009. Hasham then worked as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Centegy Technologies from 2011 to 2013. From there, they joined Royal Cyber Inc. as a Business Intelligence Consultant, and later became a Senior Business Intelligence Consultant. In 2014, they joined ACTS as a Senior Business Intelligence Consultant and stayed with the company until 2017. Hasham then worked as a Senior Research Consultant at ApexSQL, before becoming a Business Intelligence Architect at The First Group. In 2019, they joined INNOVA Consulting Group as a Senior Business Intelligence Architect. In 2020, they worked as a Technical Expert at Skill Me Up Learning, a Technical Author at MeasureUp, and as a Program Committee Track Leader at PASS - The Community for Data Professionals for the PASS Summit 2020 event.

Hasham Niaz completed their Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering at Sir Syed University of Engineering & Technology from 2003 to 2007.
