Tessa Johnson

Tessa Johnson has a diverse work experience. Tessa started their career as a Web and Interactive Design Intern at Medica in 2016. In 2016, they also worked as a Sourcing Intern at Alliance of Computer Professionals. From 2017 onwards, Tessa transitioned into the field of technical recruitment, starting as a Technical Recruiter at Alliance of Computer Professionals. Tessa continued this role when the company was acquired by DIVERSANT, LLC in February 2019. In June 2021, Tessa took on the role of Client Delivery Lead at DIVERSANT, LLC. Currently, Tessa is the Enterprise Recruiting Lead at Innova Solutions, where they have continued their responsibilities from their time at legacy Diversant.

Tessa Johnson completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Management from Gustavus Adolphus College from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended Normandale Community College for one year in 2012-2013, after graduating from Prior Lake High School in 2013. Tessa also obtained a certification in "What Is Scrum?" from LinkedIn in October 2020.
