Alexandra Stanley

Alexandra Stanley is a seasoned healthcare operations leader with extensive experience in occupational therapy and human resources compliance. Currently serving as the Director of HR Compliance at InnovAge since May 2024, Alexandra previously held various leadership roles at Legacy Healthcare Services from June 2018 to May 2024, including Area Director and Regional Director of Operations. With a strong focus on relationship management and emotional intelligence, Alexandra has effectively managed multiple therapy clinics and developed innovative strategies to enhance team performance in the ever-evolving healthcare landscape. Alexandra holds a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from the Medical College of Georgia and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from The University of Georgia.
