Dana Erwin

Dana Erwin has focused her career on advancing patient care coordination and provider collaboration. Her healthcare experience includes case manager roles in Oregon and Washington, leading quality and risk management for healthcare systems in the Pacific Northwest, and developing quality and patient safety programs. Prior to joining InnovAge, she was director of quality and risk management for Portneuf Medical Center and Clinics in Pocatello, Idaho. She holds a master of nursing leadership degree, is a registered nurse in Colorado and Washington, and is also a certified professional in healthcare risk management.
