Marta Caparrós Chicón

Marta Caparrós Chicón currently serves as Deputy CEO at INNOVALAUS since February 2023, specializing in securing funding for innovative projects and enhancing company financial images. Marta previously held dual roles in TheFringe/LABS, first as Project Manager and now as City Manager for Barcelona, focusing on Proptech collaborations. As a co-founder and mentor at Coemprende since January 2018, Marta leads project initiatives. Additional experience includes roles in marketing and operations at HANOK AGENCY and significant positions at Puig and Dermofarm, where Marta developed expertise in product management and international commercialization strategies. Marta holds a Lic&MBA from Esade and degrees in Early Childhood Education from the Universidad Internacional de La Rioja.
