Joan Soler

Joan Soler has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2004, they worked as an Engineering Intern at COMFORSA, where they were involved in CAD designing, forging simulation, and updating databases. From 2005 to 2008, they served as a Competition Ski Coach at Ski Club Camprodon (SCC). In 2006, they worked as a Coding & Programming Professor at Academia SOL. From 2008 to 2009, they interned as an Engineering Intern at Rutgers University's Center for Advanced Infrastructures & Transportation (CAIT). In 2010, they started working at Indra Business Consulting as an Aviation Analyst & Consultant, providing consulting services and advice to air transport clients. Their responsibilities included market analysis, traffic forecasting, and financial modeling. In 2013, they joined OCA GLOBAL as a Regional Manager, responsible for launching a new PTI center and developing growth opportunities in Madrid. Joan later became the Director of Operations, where they focused on business analytics, productivity, and IT development. Finally, in 2021, they became the Chief Financial Officer at Innovamat.

Joan Soler completed an Executive MBA from IESE Business School from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they pursued a BSc. and MSc. in Aerospace Engineering with a specialization in Airport Infrastructures and Aviation Business Management from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya between 2004 and 2011. Additionally, they obtained certifications in People Analytics, Operations Analytics, and Customer Analytics from Coursera Course Certificates in 2016, 2015, and 2015 respectively.
