Ray Reese

Ray is an influential and strategic leader with over ten years of experience effectively managing education, organizational teams, and innovations from conception to completion. As a data and project management professional at Good Reason Houston, University of Washington, and The Spencer Foundation, she has supported the strategy of education and corporate ecosystems with proven results around data collection, analysis, and presentation of trends. Most recently, she completed a year-long data analyst fellowship with Education Pioneers. Ray is excited to continue to support equity innovations as the Operations Lead at Innovare.
