Vanessa Crapsi-Krisiuk has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Vanessa Crapsi-Krisiuk has a diverse education history. Vanessa graduated from Humber College with a Postgraduate Certificate in Event Management in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Honours Bachelor of Applied Arts in Media Studies, Communications from the University of Guelph between 2008 and 2012. In the same period, they also completed a Diploma in Public Relations from Humber College.

Additionally, Vanessa has obtained several certifications. In April 2022, they completed the "Mastering the Art of Business Writing Training for Professionals" offered by HRdownloads. In May 2021, Vanessa completed the "Department for Women and Gender Equality's Introduction to Gender-based Analysis+" training offered by the Government of Canada. Additionally, they obtained the "Responsible Service Training Program" certification from Smart Serve Ontario in March 2016.
