Sean Michael Hardy

Sean Michael Hardy, MSW is the Director of Growth & Expansion at Innovate Public Schools. Prior to this role, Sean worked at Dream Corps as the Deputy National Community Initiatives Director and held the position of Senior Community Organizer at Innovate Public Schools. Sean's focus is on ensuring every child has access to a high-quality public education by developing and executing effective organizing strategies, recruiting and training parent leaders, coordinating community meetings, and supervising and developing beginning organizers. With a background in clinical/medical social work and community-focused social work, Sean brings a wealth of experience to their current role.
