Federico Malgarini

Federico Malgarini's work experience begins with their role as the Head of Financial Planning at Innovatec Group in 2014. Federico was responsible for the budgeting process, management reports, and planning of new initiatives. Federico also managed projects such as the review of the consolidated Business Plan and the acquisition of a majority stake in Gruppo Green Power.

In 2022, Federico briefly served as the Chief Executive Officer of Innovatec Venture.

Prior to their role at Innovatec Group, Federico worked as a Consultant at Utiliteam from 2012 to 2014.

From 2010 to 2012, Federico held multiple roles at Kinexia SPA. Federico started as a Strategic Planner and later took on the role of Direction's Assistant, closely working with the CEO and being involved in various aspects of the company's management. Federico also had responsibilities in financial planning and project financing, national policy development, team management, and M&A evaluation.

Federico's work experience began in 2009 when they were a student at Business School Il Sole 24 Ore.

Federico Malgarini holds a Master's Degree in Energy Management from Business School Il Sole 24 Ore, which they completed in 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from Politecnico di Milano between 2006 and 2009. Their undergraduate education also took place at Politecnico di Milano, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from 2002 to 2006.
