Nicole Stephenson

Nicole Stephenson is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal and corporate sectors. As the Founder and Lawyer at Stephenson Law Group since May 2019, Nicole has leveraged expertise in legal practice while also serving as the Director and Chair of the Board of Directors at Innovation Cluster Peterborough and the Kawarthas, a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering entrepreneurial growth. Prior to these roles, Nicole held significant positions including Partner at Stikeman Keeley Spiegel LLP, Corporate and Regulatory Counsel at Aequitas NEO Exchange, and multiple counsel roles at the Ontario Securities Commission. Nicole’s educational background includes a Juris Doctor from Queen's University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from York University, and a Master of Laws in Securities from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School.
