Joy Ryen Plotnik

Joy Ryen Plotnik currently serves as Senior Vice President of Wealth Premium Solutions at Canandaigua National Bank & Trust since March 2018. Plotnik has a long history of board involvement, including positions as Trustee at WXXI Public Broadcasting Council and The Strong, as well as former President & CEO and Chief Operating Officer of Genesee Valley Trust Company from 2008 to 2018. Prior board roles include membership with the Foundation for the Monroe County Bar Association and the Grantmakers Forum of New York. Joy Ryen Plotnik also has extensive legal experience from operating a private practice focusing on estate planning, elder law, and estate administration from 1993 to 2008. Academic credentials include a JD from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Brandeis University.
