Steven Welles

Steven Welles is a seasoned finance and technology executive currently serving as the Managing Director of Software at Innovation Works since July 2024, where the organization aids tech entrepreneurs in developing startups and securing necessary funding. Prior to this role, Steven held positions such as Head of Finance at Gridwise and Director of Financial Products at Homeward, focusing on the creation and scaling of innovative financial solutions. Steven is a co-founder of both Ikos Holdings, Inc. and Omicelo, and was the founder/manager of Simple Money, LLC, specializing in real estate investments. Steven's early career includes experience as a Financial Analyst at Goldman Sachs, following a summer internship at the same firm. Steven earned a Bachelor's Degree in Financial Economics and Mathematics from the University of Rochester.
