Dayana Lorena Téllez Galeano

Dayana Lorena Téllez Galeano has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in research and operations. Dayana Lorena currently serves as the Associate Director of Research and Operations at Innovations for Poverty Action, where they provide guidance and support to various teams within the organization. Prior to this, Dayana worked as a Research Manager and Research Coordinator at the same company, managing multiple research projects and overseeing teams of staff members. Dayana Lorena also has experience as a Research Associate, leading research projects and conducting data analysis. Before joining Innovations for Poverty Action, Dayana worked as a Research Analyst at Econometría Consultores, where they supported consulting projects and impact evaluations for various organizations. Dayana Lorena has additional experience as an intern at Bancolombia and as a Research Assistant at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.

Dayana Lorena Téllez Galeano holds a Master's degree in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, which they obtained between 2011 and 2017. Dayana Lorena also earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the same institution, completing it from 2008 to 2013.
