Shyam Bishen, Ph.D., MS, MBA, is a distinguished leader in global health and healthcare, currently serving on multiple boards, including the Global Alliance for Women's Health, PMNCH, and Innovations in Healthcare. Shyam holds the position of Board Co-Chair at the Regional Vaccine Manufacturing Collaborative, focused on addressing global vaccine production inequities. As Head of the Centre for Health & Healthcare at the World Economic Forum, Shyam engages with prominent leaders to influence health agendas. Previous roles include Regional Director at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and VP & General Manager at Merck, emphasizing leadership in emerging markets and healthcare strategy.
