Michael Morris

Michael Morris is an accomplished Engineering Director currently leading initiatives at Innovative Advantage since September 2020. Prior to this role, Michael served as Engineering Director at BSQUARE for over two decades, focusing on software engineering, engineering management, technical program management, solutions architecture for embedded devices, and IoT device to cloud systems. Michael's earlier experience includes a tenure as a Senior Software Engineer at Boeing, where expertise was applied in avionics and flight controls automated test equipment systems software for the Boeing 747 and 777. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington, obtained between 1984 and 1988.
