Felix Melendez

Felix Melendez is a co-founder of Innovative Contracting Services and currently serves as the company’s President. In 2011, along with partner Ramon Colon, Felix started ICS and now manages the company’s strategic direction. Felix’s extensive experience in the Electric & Gas segment helped establish the company’s roots and prominence in the utility industry.

His knowledge in SAP/Master Data, AutoCAD and GTX paired with his continuous pursuit of emerging technologies fosters the culture of innovation at ICS. Felix is the orchestrator of new business opportunities, collaborations, and company initiatives.
