Matthew Leahy

Matthew Leahy has extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology sector. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Innovative Fitness since May 2024, Matthew previously held the position of Vice President, Portfolio Services Leader at Salesforce from June 2022 to April 2024, where oversight of a large team and integration of resources was a key focus. Prior experience includes over nine years at Traction On Demand, culminating as Senior Vice President of Delivery, overseeing professional services delivery across North America and India. Additional roles include Project Manager at Strangeloop Networks, Vice President at Pointstreak, and Account Manager at The Active Network. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Simon Fraser University and has also studied at Flinders University and Kwantlen Polytechnic University.
