Francis Ruan

Francis Ruan is a multi-faceted student leader currently serving on the MVLA Student Advisory Council and as the Student Body President at Los Altos High School. In addition to holding various leadership roles, including Class of 2025 President and Vice President of Blue Crew, Francis is actively involved in mentoring peers as an ELD and Jumpstart Mentor and contributes to academics as a Mathematics Tutor. With experience as a Marketing Data Analyst Intern at PreSnap and a Research Fellow focusing on AI in Medicine at The Los Altos Institution, Francis demonstrates a commitment to innovative solutions in technology and education. As a co-founder of Elevated Youth Inc. and the founder of Los Altos Vintage, Francis is dedicated to community service, promoting confidence in youth and accessible fashion. Athletic involvement includes Varsity Track and Field and Football, alongside coaching roles that emphasize youth development through sports. Francis is pursuing education at Los Altos High School and has participated in multiple leadership and skill-building programs across various institutions.
