Melanie Leavitt Cantarutti

Melanie Leavitt Cantarutti is the current Chief of Staff at Innovative Genomics Institute. Melanie has also served as the Senior Project Manager at UC Berkeley, Administrative Director, Business Development, Global Studios at Exploratorium, and Scheduling Manager and Lead Data Analyst at Backroads and State Bar of California respectively.

Cantarutti has a long and successful history of working in administrative functions, managing reporting and dashboards, preparing job descriptions and offers, and developing training plans for new staff. In their previous positions, they have also been responsible for financial reporting, researching and writing proposals, and improving internal communications. Melanie Leavitt Cantarutti is a highly skilled and experienced administrator with a proven track record of success.

Melanie Leavitt Cantarutti has an MSIS from the University of Michigan and a BA from Grinnell College. Melanie also has a degree in Development Economics and International Development from HECUA, Bogota Colombia. Melanie Leavitt Cantarutti attended the International School of Kenya.
