Jim Capps

Jim Capps is an experienced operations manager with a robust background in the plastics industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Innovative Plastics Corp. since November 2021, Jim previously held the position of Thermoforming Manager at Huhtamaki from November 2017 to November 2021. Prior to that role, Jim was the Plastics Production Manager at Georgia-Pacific LLC from October 2007 to December 2015. Educationally, Jim attended Proctor Hug High from 1989 to 1992.
