Mhr Joan Ortega

Joan Ortega, MHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Innovative Reasoning, LLC, since September 2016. Previous roles include Corporate Recruiter (Internship) at WallyPark Airport Parking, where responsibilities encompassed managing job requisitions and supporting the hiring process, and Interpreter for The Center for Global Education and Experience Study Abroad, assisting international students. Joan's earlier internships in human resources at InterContinental Hotels & Resorts and PepsiCo involved candidate evaluation and payroll management. Joan holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Rollins College and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universidad Centroamericana in Managua.
