Catherine Davies Amacher

Catherine (“Cat”) Davies Amacher, CFP®, currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Innovayte, a company focused on providing custody and clearing solutions for independent registered investment advisors (RIAs) and broker-dealers. With a robust background in the financial services industry, Catherine previously held the position of Chief Solutions Officer at Hightower Advisors and served as Chief of Staff and Head of Business Management at Fidelity Investments. Additional experience includes roles as Vice President at Charles Schwab, Director of Marketing and Business Development at RGT Wealth Advisors, Key Account Manager and Investment Specialist at Schwab Advisor Services, and Personal Banker Supervisor at Norwest Bank. Catherine holds a Master’s degree in Sports Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, both from The University of New Mexico.
