Lei Qian

Lei Qian has extensive experience in drug development and medical affairs, currently serving as Vice President of Clinical Development at Innovent Biologics since April 2018, with previous roles as Executive Director and Senior Director in Medical Science and Strategy at the same company. Prior to Innovent, Lei held the position of Senior Director at Haihe Biopharma for nearly a year and gained significant experience at Eli Lilly China from June 2011 to May 2017, where roles included Associate Director of Scientific Communication and Clinical Research Physician. Early medical training was completed at Shanghai General Hospital as an Attending Physician and Endocrinologist. Lei Qian holds a PhD in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, a Master's in Internal Medicine from Zhengzhou University, and an MD in Clinical Medicine from Zhengzhou University.
