Roland Plesz

Roland Plesz started their work experience in 2015 as a Junior Product Manager at MUZIX Group Ltd. Roland then became a Product Manager for a brief period before moving on to Innoveo in 2017. At Innoveo, Roland held multiple roles including IT Business Analyst, where they developed insurance front-end platforms and worked on projects worldwide. Roland later became a Senior IT Business Analyst/Workstream Lead and then a Technical Product Owner. Currently, Roland is the Head of Solution Engineering at Innoveo, responsible for creating insurance products and enabling other teams to do the same.

Roland Plesz completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Business, from Corvinus University of Budapest between 2011 and 2016. They also obtained a certification in Java Programming and Software Engineering Fundamentals Specialization from Duke University, though the year of completion is not provided.
