Bridget Rollins, EMBA has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Bridget'smost recent position is as the Chief Operating Officer at Innovetive Petcare, where they oversee the management and operations of veterinary practices nationwide. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Operations at Thrive Pet Healthcare, where they contributed to the development and improvement of the pet healthcare ecosystem.

Before their role at Thrive Pet Healthcare, Bridget held multiple positions at Pathway Vet Alliance, including Vice President of Operations, National Specialty Operations Manager for Emergency & Specialty Medicine, and Director of Regional Operations. In these roles, they demonstrated strong leadership and operational skills, managing a large portfolio of hospitals in California, Hawaii, and the Pacific Northwest.

Bridget also has experience as a Consultant, providing their expertise in various projects. Additionally, they founded and managed BlackWidow Biz, LLC, an e-commerce start-up focused on active apparel for female athletes in combat/extreme sports. Bridget successfully identified target markets, designed garments, and executed effective pricing, promotion, and sales strategies.

Earlier in their career, Bridget served as a Director/Vice President at Antech Diagnostics, working closely with the Chief Operating Officer. Bridget also gained experience as an ICU Technician at the UC Davis Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital, where they demonstrated excellent technical skills and the ability to handle high-stress environments.

Bridget's work experience also includes the role of Multi-Practice Manager at both Huntington Beach Veterinary Hospital and Chapman Animal Hospital, where they successfully managed multiple practices.

Bridget Rollins, EMBA, obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from DePaul University, from 1996 to 2001. Bridget then pursued an Executive MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School from 2013 to 2015.

In 2020, Bridget Rollins began pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, which is ongoing.
