Nick Williams

Nick Williams has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Nick currently holds the position of VP, Legal & Corporate Secretary at Innovid since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Innovid as a Counsel, Business & Legal Affairs from September 2021 to August 2022. Before joining Innovid, they served as an Associate at Pryor Cashman from January 2020 to September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP from September 2017 to January 2020. Nick also had a summer associate role at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP from May 2016 to July 2016. Their early experience includes serving as a Law Extern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission from August 2015 to December 2015.

Nick Williams completed their Bachelor's degree in Philosophy at Franciscan University of Steubenville. Nick then pursued their Doctor of Law (JD) degree at The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law from 2014 to 2015. Nick furthered their legal education at Georgetown University Law Center, where they completed their JD degree in Law from 2015 to 2017.
