Thanh Tran has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Starting in 2018, Thanh worked as the Head of Marketing for the School of Business Youth Union at International University. In this role, Thanh set publication standards, established goals, participated in staff development activities, and managed the organization's social networking sites.
Later, Thanh worked as a Student Tutor at ASU@Lake Havasu and the Church of Nazarene, where they provided after-school tutoring for students in grades 4 through 12. This program aimed to help students with subjects such as Math, Science, Social Studies, and English.
Thanh then served as an Office Aide at Arizona State University from 2020 to 2021. In this position, they scheduled student appointments, answered phones, provided advising information, resolved Salesforce cases, and completed assigned projects.
In 2021, Thanh had several roles. Firstly, they worked as a General Member in the ASU Programming and Activities Board (PAB) from August to December. Additionally, they interned as a Marketing and Public Relations Intern at Summit Aesthetics LLC from September to December.
In 2021 and 2022, Thanh gained experience as a Strategist at adworks, where they supported the growth agency team, translated data into actionable insights, presented concepts and work, and reported on keyword rankings and organic traffic performance.
Thanh further expanded their skills as a Business Analyst Intern at the Greater Phoenix Economic Council from February to June 2022. In this role, they analyzed weekly reports in Google Analytics and monitored data quality in the council's internal CRM system.
Currently, Thanh is working at Innovid, starting in November 2022, as a Demand Generation Marketing Coordinator. Prior to this role, they interned at the same company as a Demand Generation Marketing Intern. As an intern, they gained experience in B2B digital marketing, reporting on media campaign performance, lead generation, budget reconciliation, search engine marketing, and optimizing and launching new ads.
Thanh Tran started their education in 2015 at Nguyen Thuong Hien High School for the Gifted in HCMC, Vietnam, where they obtained their High School Diploma in 2018. Thanh then attended Vietnam National University, HCMC from 2018 to 2019, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus in Marketing/Marketing Management. From 2019 to 2022, Thanh Tran studied at W. P. Carey School of Business - Arizona State University, majoring in Business/Corporate Communications.
In addition to their formal education, Thanh Tran has obtained various certifications. In 2022, they received certifications in Digital Marketing Foundations, Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Essential Training, and Inbound Marketing from LinkedIn and HubSpot Academy. Thanh also completed courses in Data Analytics and Paid Acquisition with Google and Instagram in 2022 at Arizona State University. Thanh Tran further enhanced their skills with certifications in Google Analytics, ABM (Account-Based Marketing) Foundations, and Advanced Google Ads in 2023 from Google, Demandbase, and LinkedIn, respectively.
