Shiri Hilton

Shiri Hilton has extensive work experience in human resources. Shiri most recently held the position of VP HR at Innoviz Technologies starting in January 2017. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Consultant at Gvahim while also managing their own HR consulting business from 2016 to 2018. Shiri also has experience as a Director of Human Resources at Conduit from 2014 to 2015. Shiri held the role of HR Manager at Kontera from 2010 to 2013, where they focused on coaching and counseling leadership teams, implementing HR infrastructure, and developing talent management systems. Before that, Shiri served as an HR Manager at Golden Pages Israel from 2007 to 2009, working on consolidating internet companies and developing HR processes. Shiri began their career as a Recruitment Manager at Retalix in 2006 and as a Staffing Consultant at Intel from 2004 to 2006.

Shiri Hilton attended Tel Aviv University from 1995 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology & Sociology. From 2004 to 2006, they pursued a Master's degree in Anthropology at the University of Haifa.
