Zachary Wu

Zachary Wu has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. From 2012 to 2018, they worked at Southwest University as a GIS Laboratory Administrator, where they deployed device network environments and maintained PC hardware and software. Zachary also developed a desktop software (GIS Map Toolkit for the Nature Preserve) and a mobile software (GIS Android Map Application). From 2018 to 2019, they worked at Beaufort-Jasper Water & Sewer Authority as a GIS Development Intern, researching Site Acquisition in the field with GPS receiver and mobile phones and developing Automation Toolbox with Model builder in ArcGIS. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at The CBR Group, Inc. as a Lead GIS Developer, leading the technology architecture & solution design and managing the GIS team. Zachary designed the structure and built GIS from scratch for The CBR Group, Inc. and created internal and external GIS Map Applications with a dedicated perspective. Lastly, from 2016 to 2022, they worked at Innovusion as a Senior LiDAR Application Engineer.

Zachary Wu attended Southwest University from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in GIS. Zachary then attended Georgia Southern University from 2017 to 2019, where they earned a Master's degree in GIS.
