Dr. Henry Huang

Dr. Henry Huang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent innovation and organizational leadership. As the CEO and Founder of Talent Innovation Strategies since 2023, Dr. Huang focuses on modernizing human capital strategies and enhancing leadership practices. Additionally, Dr. Huang serves on the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, provides strategic direction as a Board Member at InnSure, and coaches participants in various programs at MIT.
