Liladhar Bagad

Liladhar Bagad has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Liladhar currently holds the position of VP, Chief Data and Information Officer (CDIO) at Inogen since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Kubota Corporation as a Transformation Executive, Head of IT and COE from 2020 to 2022.

Before joining Kubota Corporation, Liladhar served as an Executive Advisor at a confidential company from 2018 to 2020. In this role, they provided expertise in business transformation for a US healthcare provider. Liladhar led critical projects such as ERP selection, transitioning data centers to Azure, and implementing innovative technologies like RPA to drive sales and improve patient care during the COVID-19 pandemic. Liladhar also managed the development of an Intelligent Insurance Services Application and utilized innovative procurement strategies.

From 2010 to 2018, Liladhar worked at Accenture as a Managing Director. Liladhar led various global initiatives, including establishing the Global SAP HANA and S/4HANA Practice and managing the first Accenture SAP Innovation Center. Liladhar also delivered transformation programs for notable clients, improving production, saving costs, and enhancing customer service ratings.

Prior to their time at Accenture, Liladhar was the Global Head, Client Services Executive at NTT DATA from 2004 to 2010. Liladhar also held roles at Juwi MacMillan Group GmbH, Hewlett-Packard, Robert Bosch, and IIT Bombay, where they gained experience in enterprise solutions, technology integration, and research engineering.
