Kristi Allen

Kristi Allen, C.P.M. has extensive experience in procurement and sourcing. Kristi is currently the Vice President of Global Procurement at Inotiv. Previously, they held roles at Eli Lilly and Company, including Senior Director of IDS Procurement and Associate Director of Manufacturing Procurement. Before that, they worked at Abbott Nutrition as the Global Sourcing and Risk Manager, where they managed sourcing and risk mitigation for multiple plants. Prior to that, they were a Senior Purchasing Manager at UFPC, responsible for a large annual spend and overseeing the development of a direct report. Kristi also worked at Unified Food Purchasing Coop as a Purchasing Manager and Program Manager, managing various product categories and implementing production planning and inventory management for national promotions. Earlier in their career, they worked at ADM as a Commodity Trader and Logistics Analyst, overseeing business operations and effective utilization of grain cars.

Kristi Allen, C.P.M. completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2001. Kristi later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Illinois State University, which they obtained in 2006.
