Joe Messenger

Joe Messenger has over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at INOVA Federal since August 2005, where Joe has held multiple leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Finance and Vice President of Finance/Accounting. Prior to joining INOVA Federal, Joe Messenger worked at 1st Source Bank as an Accounting Manager from May 1997 to August 2005. Joe Messenger earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Indiana University South Bend between 1994 and 1998.
