Kerie Sekal, MBA, currently serves as the Vice President of Marketing and Member Engagement at INOVA Federal Credit Union, a position held since January 2016, where responsibilities include brand development and new member acquisition, as well as creating marketing plans aligned with organizational growth objectives. Prior experience includes serving as Managing Director at Innovative Card Services, overseeing sales, marketing, and operations for a diverse client base, and a brief tenure as Branch Manager at INOVA Federal Credit Union, focusing on member service and business relationships. Additional roles include Licensed Relationship Manager at Key Bank, where personalized service and client relationship building were key, and various positions at Delta USA Corporation and Monroe County Community Credit Union, which provided foundational skills in operations and customer service.
