Alessandro Blasi

Alessandro Blasi has extensive work experience in supply chain management and operations. Alessandro currently holds the position of Group Inbound Supply Chain Director at iNova Pharmaceuticals since March 2023. Prior to this, they were employed at Medtronic for several years, where they held various leadership roles such as Vice President, APAC Customer Care & Supply Chain, Senior Director, APAC Customer Care & Supply Chain, Channel Management Director, APAC, and Operations Director, ANZ. In these roles, they led the supply chain and operations functions, implemented operational improvement initiatives, and built high-performing teams. Alessandro also worked at the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) as the Global Procurement Facility Manager, responsible for the creation and management of a global procurement hub. Additionally, they gained experience as a Supply Chain Consulting Manager at Accenture and in various roles at Unilever, including Third Party Supply Planning Assistant Manager, Demand Planner, and Warehousing & Distribution Analyst.

Alessandro Blasi earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Technology Sydney from 1994 to 1999. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on General Management, Finance, and Operations from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM) from 2003 to 2007.
