Ian Limbaga

Ian Limbaga serves as the Director of Design and User Experience at Inovalon since December 2020, where responsibilities include fostering a culture of design excellence and conducting user research. As the Owner and Chief Story Producer at Fighting Bear Visuals, LLC, Ian creates short documentary films that enhance client communication. In addition to leadership roles, Ian teaches Design Thinking and Innovation Planning principles as a Guest Instructor at Stevens Institute of Technology. Previous positions include Practice Design Lead at InsightsGen and various roles at L'Oréal, where Ian managed HR information systems and drove digital transformation initiatives. Ian's educational background includes a degree in Marine Sciences from the University of the Philippines and a recent study in Film Documentary from the New York Film Academy.
