Lalith Mehta

Lalith Mehta has held various positions throughout their career. Lalith started at Cognizant Technology Solutions as an Associate in 2002 and worked there until 2005. Lalith then joined IBM Global Services as a System Engineer, where they provided comprehensive IT consulting and maintenance services for healthcare clients, conducted trainings, and performed system analysis and design. In 2008, Lalith joined Inovalon as a Director of Financial & Quantitative Analytics, gradually progressing to Senior Director and then Assistant Vice President, responsible for enhancing product capabilities and overseeing risk adjustment client solutions. In their most recent role at Inovalon, Lalith served as the Vice President of Product Management and Data Analytics, driving product strategy and growth for risk adjustment payer products.

Lalith Mehta holds a Master's Degree in MBA, specializing in Finance and MIS, from Purdue University Daniels School of Business. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from B.M.S. College of Engineering. In terms of additional certifications, Lalith has obtained various qualifications such as "Introduction to Large Language Models" from Google Cloud Training, "Advanced Learning Algorithms" from DeepLearning.AI, "Machine Learning" from Stanford Online, and "Becoming an AI-First Product Leader" from LinkedIn. Additionally, they have certifications from Snowflake, Pragmatic Institute, and the Project Management Institute, including "Hands On Essentials - Data Applications," "Snowflake Hands On Essentials - Data Warehouse," "Foundations," "Market," and "PMC Level III." Lalith'searliest certification is the Project Management Professional (PMP) obtained in March 2010.
