Paul Harder

Paul Harder has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Paul is currently the Chief Product Officer at Inovatec Systems since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Auto Finance and Unsecured Lending at CIBC from 2021 to 2023. At RBC, Paul held multiple senior director positions, including Senior Director of Personal Lending Products from 2019 to 2021, Head of Retail Operations in Automotive Finance from 2017 to 2019, Senior Director of Policy in Home Equity Financing from 2016 to 2017, Senior Director of Strategic Segments in Home Equity Financing from 2015 to 2017, and Senior Manager of Specialty Segments in Home Equity Financing from 2014 to 2015. Paul also has experience working at RBC Insurance as a Senior Manager of Group and Business Markets Strategy from 2011 to 2014. Paul started their career in the Graduate Leadership Program at RBC, where they worked on Caribbean Projects in Corporate Treasury from 2010 to 2011. Before that, they had several roles within the Government of Canada, culminating in a managerial position leading a team of analysts from 2004 to 2010. Paul also worked as a student at the University of Ottawa from 2007 to 2010.

Paul Harder completed their education in a chronological order. Paul earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Victoria, where they studied from 1996 to 2001. After that, they pursued a Master's degree in European and Russian Studies at Carleton University from 2001 to 2003. Lastly, Paul obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Ottawa, completing their studies from 2007 to 2010.
