Sikander Ahmad

Sikander Ahmad has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Sikander began their career as a Customer Services Representative at Mobilink in 2006. Sikander then worked as a Summer Intern at Mobile Zone in 2008 and as a Business Analyst at BITLogix Pvt Ltd from 2008 to 2009. Following this, they served as a Customer Service Supervisor at TJX Europe from 2009 to 2012. In 2013, Sikander worked as an SAP Business Analyst at Ittehad Chemicals Ltd. and as a Retail Store Manager at M.H. Alshaya Co. From 2015 to 2016, they held the position of Store Manager at The Body Shop. In 2016, Sikander transitioned to the role of Assistant Store Manager at Walmart Canada and also worked as a Realtor at Century 21 Costal Realty Ltd. From 2017 onwards, they joined Inovatec Systems and has held various roles including Product Support Analyst, Implementation Consultant, Lead Implementation Consultant, and currently as a Business Solutions Architect. Throughout their career, Sikander has exhibited expertise in implementing system solutions, managing projects, mentoring team members, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Sikander Ahmad's education history includes a Master of Science in IT from the University of East London, completed from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they pursued an MBA in Marketing from the COMSATS Institute of Information and Technology, studying from 2007 to 2009. Sikander obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information & Technology from the same institute, studying from 2002 to 2006.

In terms of additional certifications, Sikander Ahmad obtained a Real Estate Trading Services License from The University of British Columbia in 2016. Sikander also acquired a SAP Certified Application Associate in Sales and Distribution from SAP in 2012.

Furthermore, Sikander Ahmad has recently obtained two certifications from Salesforce. Sikander is a Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, achieved in June 2023, and holds a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification, obtained in May 2023.
