Sarah Johnson Dobek is a seasoned marketing and business development professional with extensive experience in the accounting industry. As the Founder and President of Inovautus Consulting since March 2011, Sarah specializes in external and internal growth strategies for accounting firms, focusing on marketing, branding, and client retention. Concurrently, Sarah serves as President of CPAsNET, an association that supports independent accounting firms. Active in the Association for Accounting Marketing, Sarah has held various leadership roles, including board member and Chicago chapter president. Previous consulting roles at Koltin Consulting Group, PDI Global, and Ainslie Consulting Group involved providing marketing and social media guidance to professional service firms. Sarah's career began as Marketing & Recruiting Director for John R. Waters & Company, where early contributions included the development of the firm's first marketing plan.
