Thomas Ryckebusch

Thomas Ryckebusch currently serves as Responsable de la maintenance at Inovet since August 2022, overseeing maintenance actions within industrial buildings, utilities, and production equipment. Responsibilities include ensuring safety and quality compliance, budget management, KPI creation and monitoring, and executing preventive and corrective maintenance interventions. Additionally, Thomas leads a maintenance team, facilitates training, and participates in recruitment efforts, while also working on projects to implement a new GMAO and enhance maintenance plans and spare parts tracking. Previously, Thomas held various positions at GSK from December 2010 to August 2022, including Superviseur maintenance, where management of a maintenance team, planning of interventions, and KPI tracking were key duties. Thomas possesses an engineering degree in industrial maintenance from INSA Hauts-de-France and a BTS in Mechanical and Industrial Automation from Lycée de l'Europe.
