Phil Bride

Phil Bride is a principal at Rogue River Consulting and Executive Business Coach. Phil coaches and mentors business owners and professionals to get focused on a direction that is in alignment with the company to increase sales, margins and value for their customers. Phil works with owners and key senior managers on business management skills such as strategic planning, sales management, KPI development, and management skills so execution is crisp and effective.

Phil has spent the last 25 years in corporations from Intel to startups, manufacturing and development to web based e-learning. He started out as an electrical engineer designing chips at Intel then moved on to managing products, product lines, channels and partners, and companies focusing on growth of revenue, market share, customer loyalty, and profitability. He received his bachelor of science in electrical engineering in 1984 from University of Portland and his MBA in marketing and finance from University of Portland in 1995.

During off time, Phil enjoys fishing, camping, skiing among other activities with his wife, 3 kids, extended family and friends.
