Siva Dev has extensive experience in the wind energy sector, currently serving as an Assistant Manager of Project Quality at Inox Wind Ltd. since July 2016, focusing on the implementation and control of quality standards on project sites. Prior roles include Owner's Engineer (TPI) at Wind Force Management Services Pvt Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed quality inspection and project progress analysis, and Senior Engineer (Mechanical) at Kenersys India, overseeing maintenance activities for multiple wind energy sites. Additionally, Siva held positions as Maintenance Team Leader at Suzlon Wind Energy Corporation, Supervisor Production at J.M Engineering, Maintenance Supervisor at G.S.C Toughened Glass Pvt Ltd, and Quality Control Supervisor at Super Auto Forge Pvt Ltd. Siva holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from St. Xavier's Higher Secondary School in Tirunelveli.
