Katie Rolfe has a diverse range of work experience in various roles within customer experience and quality management. Katie currently serves as the Head of Customer Experience at InPost UK since June 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Guest Experience at Houst from November 2018 to June 2020. Before that, they were the Global Quality & Training Manager at JUST EAT from July 2017 to September 2018. Katie also worked as a Customer Experience Manager at PizzaExpress from February 2015 to May 2017 and as a Quality Manager at Gumtree.com from August 2013 to February 2015. Katie started their career at Arvato UK, where they held multiple roles including Operations Manager for Harley Davidson, Team Manager for Groupon, Quality Specialist for Gumtree, and Customer Service Representative for Gumtree from 2011 to 2013.
Katie Rolfe attended Clarendon House Grammar School from 2000 to 2007. During this time, they did not receive a degree or study any specific field. Katie then went on to attend Royal Holloway, University of London from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature.
