Riccardo Bergerone

Riccardo Bergerone has extensive experience in customer service management, currently serving as a Pensionato at INPS_official since April 2021. Prior to this role, Riccardo held the position of Customer Service Director at DHL Express Italy since April 2007, overseeing a team of approximately 500 internal employees and an external outsourcing partner.
