Lena Böös

Lena Bailby is an experienced R&D Engineer and Technical Coordinator specializing in cosmetic formulations, particularly in face and eye products. Currently employed at LUXCOS since March 2021, Lena manages a team while overseeing innovation and internal development projects, sourcing materials and packaging, and coordinating external testing. Prior to this role, Lena worked at Oriflame Cosmetics where responsibilities included developing complex color cosmetics formulations and leading sustainability initiatives. Earlier experiences also include internships in formulation technology and clinical testing. Lena holds a Master of Science in Cosmetic Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Montpellier, along with a technical degree in Chemistry from IUT d'Aix Marseille.
