Viktor L. is an experienced professional in technical support and service management with a strong background in the IT industry. Currently serving as a Technical Support Manager at Input Output (IOHK) since February 2020, Viktor L. oversees a global blockchain application support team and implements service management processes. As an active investor in the Cardano Community since September 2019 and owner of VSiT:// since September 2018, Viktor L. manages a small business providing IT services to local clients. Previously, Viktor L. held significant roles at Experian as a Customer Service Manager for the EMEA region, Siemens Enterprise Communications as a Solution Designer/Transition Manager, and HP Enterprise Services, where responsibilities included application administration and service desk coordination.
